I know , its not obvious from the picture, but can you take a wild guess of what could be the key ingredient used in this jamun recipe ?
Its very common in eastern India to make jamuns using different ingredients. Have you tried any unusual Jamun recipe, what ingredient did you use? I would love to know.

Have you used sweet potato?
The golapjamun made in eastern India is from cottage cheese (generally fermented slightly)
The other one is common in rest of India. i.e from Kohya and flour..
I know only these 3 types.

Normally i have heard people use khoya, milk powder and plain flour for jamuns. I think nowadays people even make jamuns in bread, whatever it is yours looks delicious:-)
I think paneer or left over rice :)

let me guess it might b khoya,nuts,bread,potatoes,rice flour,paneer..i also use pancake flour to amke jamuns....waiting for the secret........

i think bread with paneer jamun... in my place bread jamun is very famous... we love it...
I think its made up of Sweet Potato. In Orissa, People make Gulab jamuns with Sweet Pottato.
